REFUND POLICY
A.As long as the content has not been activated, customers can initiate a refund request within 14 calendar days from the purchase date of the digital order. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day when the purchase in question is made.
B.Orders for consumption, in-game currency, digital console game keys, or in-game purchases are final purchases and are not eligible for refunds.
C.When submitting the application, please make sure that the account you are logged in to is the same account you used to make the original purchase.
D.Please note that if your game is banned, or you have any behavior that violates the terms of the game (such as violating our service terms of use, sales terms, or any other code of conduct), you will no longer meet the refund conditions.

F.If you want to apply for a refund, please contact our customer support team, our team will deal with it as soon as possible.
